MUFFY CAME TO US AFTER MOVING TO FLORIDA.
SINCE I NEEDED A FRIEND MY PARENTS BOUGHT MUFFY FOR ME.
WE DECIDED TO BUY MUFFY DUE TO THAT HE WAS BITING ON A
CHRISTMAS TREE AT THE HOUSE WHERE WE BOUGHT HIM.
RIGHT FROM THAT MOMENT WHAT MUFFY LIKED
TO DO THE MOST WAS TO SLEEP.
MUFFY HELPED US THROUGH THE HARDEST TIMES THAT
PEOPLE CAN HAVE WHICH ARE THE DEATH OF OUR
PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS.
MUFFY WAS ALWAYS THERE TO BRIGHTEN AND CHEER OUR DAYS.
MUFFY WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR US.
ON FEBRUARY 1998 MY MOTHER HAD AN OPERATION.
AFTER WE BROUGHT HER HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL MUFFY
WOULD NOT WANT TO LEAVE HER SIDE.
THAT SAME FEBRUARY MUFFY RECEIVED THE GIFT OF RECEIVING
HIS COMPANION FUDGE A BLACK CHOW THAT WE PURCHASED.
FROM THAT MOMENT ON FUDGE AND MUFFY COULD NOT BE SEPARATED.
ON APRIL 2000 WE TOOK MUFFY TO A VETERINARIAN THAT MADE
THE PROGNOSIS THAT MUFFY HAD KIDNEY FAILURE AND STARTED
TREATMENT FOR THE DISEASE.
AFTER WATCHING THE WAY THAT THE VETERINARIAN
WORKED WITH OTHER ANIMALS WE DECIDED TO TAKE HIM TO
ANOTHER VET FOR A SECONDARY OPINION. THERE WE FOUND
OUT THAT MUFFY HAD ADENOCARCINOMA A TYPE OF CANCER.
THE VET LOOKED FOR ALTERNATIVES TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF
MUFFY WITHOUT HAVING HIM SUFFER.
WE FOUND AN ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUG THAT WORKED.
MUFFY’S BODY RESPONDED TO THE TREATMENT VERY WELL.
THE FAMILY AND FUDGE SPENT ALL OF OUR TIME WITH MUFFY SINCE
WE KNEW THAT HIS DAYS WERE COUNTED.
ON JUNE 26 2000 OUR MUFFY CROSSED THE RAINBOW BRIDGE TO
A LIFE OF NO SUFFERING. MUFFY WILL ALWAYS LIVE IN OUR HEARTS.
BUT WE DID NOT SAY GOOD-BYE TO HIM
WE SAID *******SEE YOU LATER OUR FRIEND******
WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU
ARLENE TITO ARLENE2 EDUARDO JOSE
AND OF COURSE FUDGE.
