Prissy by Renee Wiggins

Dear Precious Prissy:

We shared almost 14 years together
but that was not nearly enough.
Yesterday I helped you over
the Rainbow Bridge where I know you
are already romping and playing pain-free.
That is my solace. Old girl I did everything I
could do to keep you with me as long as possible
but I just couldn’t bear
to watch you struggle with the pain any more.
You kept your heart and spirit
all the way to the end and for that
I thank you.

Saying goodbye to you and holding you
in my arms for the last time will
be etched in my mind and heart forever.
You’re in a better place now and
I know I will see you again one day.
I love you Prissy Girl and
your memory will live in on my
heart for the rest of my life.

God Bless You Baby.

With Love,

Mom
