Quito was truly a gift from God. At a time when she had been abused and abandoned, she chose Jody to be her protector when he too was alone and needed a friend. Quito’s love was unconditional.
She was Jody’s constant companion just like a guardian angel. Quito was forever curious and inquisitive, and could be rough and tumble. Still, she would show her maternal instincts especially when she acted as the surrogate mother of a young kitten that joined our family. Quito had a long and happy life and gave much joy to our family. She will always be remembered.
