Rajah by Sadie Day / Mom

For My Dearest Rajah,

He was born to a stray I used to feed. His mother had five kittens. Four I gave away and I kept this long hair orange kitten. My first male cat. I loved this little kitten from the start. I wanted a Disney name and Rajah was the perfect name. He was so full of life and had so much love to give. I had him for ten years. I wanted it to be longer like my other cats but it wasn’t to be. When I lost my mother two years ago it was hardest thing I ever went through. I thought after losing her, losing a pet couldn’t hurt as much. But I was so wrong. I will always miss you Raj. Thank you for making me laugh and letting me love you.
