This is a tribute to my Daddy and his K-9, Rocky. They wore the badge so others could be safe. Daddy trained K-9’s and gave me my lifelong love of German Shepherds and all animals. He also gave me my career. Today would have been his birthday. So Happy Birthday Daddy, and I know that two years ago when you approached that Rainbow Bridge, Rocky probably ran so fast that he knocked you down. My Winston was there too. Rocky had waited so long to see you! I’m glad you were there to cross both Winston and Rocky. Roscoe is there now and waiting for me. Please watch for me, I’m on my way one day soon. I love you all and miss you. And Happy Birthday, it’s not the same without you.
