Roxy by Dawn, Mike, Michelle and Leaha / Dawn, Mike, Leaha, Michelle

Roxy was not just a Dog, she was a member of our family. She loved to spend all her time with us. I will never forget picking her out of a big group of puppies it was hot that day and I remember when we took her home I had to sleep in the kitchen with her with my sleeping bag so that she wouldn’t feel lonely. my mom tried to keep her in the kitchen but by the 4th night of no sleep she picked her small little black body up and put her on the end of her bed and that became her place to sleep.

She always loved to go for rides in the car. She went to all the show and tells at school and most of all she loved to have her picture taken. I loved that the most because I am a photographer and she always was willing to pose for me. She was our little Toasty coasty girl! She loved to cuddle. She always loved to sleep right in the back of our legs when we slept she could push her back really hard
against you to get comfortable.

I will never forget her she was my best friend when all my friends went away she was always there. When boyfriends broke my heart she was always there to lick my tears, that I will miss the most and her kisses
she loved to kiss.

I know one day we will see her and get to play again. Its does help to know she isn’t in pain but it does not heal the space in my heart from having to say goodbye to such a human like Dog. She knew each of us by our emotions and smell. She was the best Dog and there will never
be another like her ever.

This tribute is for you, Roxygirl.
We Love you and miss you so much
