Rufus was given to me for my birthday picked out at a
flea market in Daytona Beach Fl. Best day of my life.
He was the one barking at us and just showed alot of personality.
Even though he was my loving beautiful boy he quickly took up with
my husband Chris and they formed a unbreakable bond.
They were best buds I came second!!! That’s ok with me the love
those two showed each other did my heart good.
He was a big beautiful Rottweiler never hurt no one and loved everyone.
Well we had some very good times together we own our own truck
and he traveled all over with us. I was so pleased with him I bought
another Rotty female this time named Allie.
My girls Jessie and Erin helped me to pick her out and thank God she is here.
We had to put our best bud down at the vets on 1-13-01 he had diabetes
and just couldn’t get up anymore he was 11 yrs old.
The worse thing we ever did. I couldn’t deal with the pain but thank God
his best bud was there my husband.
My husband is broken hearted as I we lost our child and
he is missed by all. Even by his sister Allie.
I pray we did the right thing Rufus if I had to do it over I don’t think I could.
I pray your young again and running and playing. I’ll look after your daddy
for you he loved you so. At least you were in his arms at your last breath
he wouldn’t have it any other way.
I love you son and we will see you again until that day look down upon us
and smile and blow us a kiss.
Your in our hearts forever see you one day my boy until then.
