Sam came to us from the street in front of our house..
he followed my neighbors home from a park not very
far from our house. We tried to find his owners,but to no avail..
so he settled in to be ours…he ate all of the wires off of
our boat and chewed up the wires on the trailer.
He pulled his bed out in the yard not liking to lay down on the grass.
He ran up and down the fence with his buddy next door.
He was loved by all of the people that met him he was gentle and kind,
then about a week ago he had an accident hurting his neck.
He ran into something we know not what and crushed a vertebra
in his neck. Checking him out the vet found other problems
he could not overcome.
We had to make that dreaded decision to put him to sleep..
he will always be in our hearts forever.
