It’s so hard to believe I have lost you so quickly. From the first day we met you were always one of the brightest lights in my life. I have a million memories of you just being you, and I will never let those go. I am so grateful that you came into my life and I consider myself so lucky to have found you.
I hope that you were able to realize or feel just how much I loved you. And I am so sorry that your life was so tragically short. I know that I am not alone with that sentiment. Everyone that met you could quickly see what a special dog you were. And those people will miss you too.
Thank you Sammie for always being there. For being the rock when I needed strength, for giving me a laugh when I needed one, for giving me comfort when I was in need, for giving me ‘the look’ when I needed to pause, and a Sammie kiss just because you liked to give them. Thanks buddy.
