Sarge,
You were the greatest dog, and I wouldn’t want any other dog but you. I remember when we first got you. We went with our Aunt and Uncle to help them pick out a puppy not knowing we would have our own. You were the fattest puppy there. You were laying under the tree. Unlike the other puppies you didn’t even bother to get up when
we got out of the van.
When our Aunt and Uncle found and bought their puppy we got back in the van and started to go home. We begged our dad so much to turn around and get you. And withing 5 min you were ours. Oh we loved you so much. And we still do.
I remember the day you left though. Every time I think of it I just want to cry. You were on that table and I looked into your eyes, and I knew you didn’t want to leave us. You loved us too much. Seeing your heart flat line and feeling your head go limp just broke my heart. If could have choose the day you die you pick the best day.
I will always remember you running through the screen door to chase squirrels. I love you Sargie Boy and I miss. I know you are waiting for me in heaven. God says anything you desire will be with you in heaven and I only want you. You will always be my little brother and my best friend. Please forgive me for not following my heart when I knew you were in pain. I miss you Sarge. I want you back.
