We had you put to sleep today my beautiful cat. You were such a sweet cat, and you came to us through the brushes. Your little eye lid had a pulled mark on it as if you’d been walking through the brushes, and maybe one of the branches snagged your lid. My cat Kelly found you that evening, and I walked down there to see what he was looking at, and talking to. That’s how I found my Scruffy. I cured your little lid, and you seem to be so happy.
My Scruffy, I just didn’t think you would be here for such a short time. But you stopped eating, and you stopped wanting to go outside. I took you to the vet earlier, and they gave you a shot, and some antibiotics, and you seem to get better, but a week later you stopped eating again, and you slept much of time. I would hold you, and tell you about the Rainbow Bridge, and how many animals that will be there to help you, and how you’d be so happy not to be sick again, and you’d have other animals there to talk with, and play with. You’d raise your little head while I talking, for me to kiss your little head. You seem to understand what l was saying somehow. You seem so tired of trying, but I hated to let you go, but I knew I had to. You went to sleep
so peacefully, my darling.
