Sebastian died three days before Christmas (2002).
He got up in our car, and fell out about 7 miles from home. He ran all the way home, and was there before we were! I thought he would live because he was strong enough to run home, but he must have had some internal injuries.
He died the following Sunday and I found him lying beside our house, cold and stiff. I found another cat on Christmas day, who needed a loving home, but I have come to realize that noboby can replace the empty spot in my heart that Sebastian left there.
