I remember when I first saw Sian she was staring at me with her big beady eyes and I nagged and nagged my father until we had her. She was with another dog so we bought him as well. We took them home and was overwhelmed with joy. A few years later she got pregnant.
We kept going to the vets for checkups. Then she was giving birth the first puppy couldn’t get out they had a problem. Sian was pushing and pushing and a few hours later she and her puppies were pronounced dead. I was crying for days and nights and then I stopped but I still remember her in my heart.
