My Snow Angel died at a young age of 5 1/2 years old. She had a rare immune dficiency and after 4 blood transfusions and a two week battle, died this morning at home in my arms.
My other dog, Hailey, also a White German Shepherd was one of the blood donors. I am posting this to let you know there is a need for canine blood donors.
