I know I was not the owner of dear Spike but I do know that Asheligh loved him with all her heart. It killed me to tell her that Spike had passed away and my heart sank when I saw the grief she was going through. I am sure that Spike had a happy life and he did have a long life of three years which is a lot for a hamster.
I am sure Spike will never be forgotten and will always be in the hearts of others who knew him.
