You will always be my little treasure

that is waiting for me in heaven.

I was there with you mother when she brought your kind and

precious little spirit into this world

and mouth on your cheek I was there when you left this earth.

We have been on so many journeys on this earth together and

we loved every minute of it.

We survived an abusive relationship together and

vowed to protect each other till the end.

My most fondest memory of you will be

when you drank all the water out of the fish bowl

and when you finally got to the bottom were

to full of water to eat the fish….

I would never leave you

when money situations or landlords said it had to be so.

I know in the end you knew this and didn’t want to leave me either.

But know my precious treasure that it is my love for you

that I had to help you let go

and to keep you here would be selfish of me.

I know you know this now and

I want you to make new friends soak up the sun and run.

God now has you for safekeeping

until mommy can come my precious treasure…….
