My sweet little Schnauzer love
Can you hear and see us here?
Are you somewhere around or up above
Freed from all pain and fear?
I wonder if my mother called you
From where she moved to when passing away.
Could it be that she missed you
And brought you there to stay?
If so we’d better accept it
For one day we will be called too
And let’s hope reunite with our loved ones
Not least of all with you.
