Tipper. A very smart and mischeavous dog, climed a 6ft, fence no problum, during a thunder storm on June 2nd. He was terrified of storms. He somehow got out and took of down the Hwy. A Red Chev 4×4 truck hit him on purpose a witness to this cruel act picked him up and brought him to me. We rushed him to the vets. He thought he might be o.k. The next day I went to see him he was deaf and blind Tipper could not stand up anymore so the kindess thing I could do was let him go to sleep. It was the hardess thing I ever had to do. He went to a peaceful sleep in my arms.
