Wix Bodacious (Bo) was a brindle greyhound who we adopted from the racetrack in Denver, Colorado when he was three years old. He had broken his leg and couldn’t race anymore, but he certainly taught us the Zen of dogwalking. He taught us to live in the moment, to appreciate all around us, and to love unconditionally.
After being a part of our lives for 6 and 1/2 years, he died while running in our sunny backyard on Nov. 29, 2002. He died doing what he loved best. Our hearts are broken, but we are grateful that he didn’t suffer. We will always love you, Bo.
