Akebono by The Zavala Family / Mousie

In memory of Akebono, thrown out on a busy highway in the Sierras of California, and saved by my mom.
He was scared at first, his early life must have been horrible, but he was fast to trust us, and a loving baby.
Named after the Ozeki Sumo Akebono, he had no neck, and was a chubby, cuddly kitty, no matter what.
We moved with him and all of our other rescues to Idaho, and even bought and made nice places for them all in a 30 foot 5th wheel.
He was a happy indoor baby, like all of our other saved kids. Never was he scared, or hurt, always loved, and quick with a purr.
We will miss him, and never forget his soft fur, and ready purr.

Sleep Well little baby, come back soon as a little kitten.
