Angel came to us in 1984 just old enough to leave her mother. She became our daughter’s best friend and they grew up together. She was so much a part of our lives. She loved us and took care of us thru all those years. She was a family member, and whenever
we moved she went with us.
When she got sick we attempted along with the Vet to do everything possible to give her quality of life, but the time had come. She told us she was tired and her journey was coming to an end. I don’t think there was ever a harder decision in my life as that day we put her down! We never cried so much. The pain was unimaginable, and to this day I still cry. Not as much, but its still there.
We had Angel cremated and her ashes are with us. I told her throughout her life that I would never leave her and she will never leave us.
Now Angel has sent us Cleo. She is 3 years old and she is a very loving and affectionate cat. She has helped us in our grieving process. She has her own personality as a young cat!
