Arrow by Rachel Gordon / Mommy

Arrow you passed,
But not forgotten,
Struck down,
But not restored,
For in my heart,
You shall not part,
My sorrowed soul,
Without you in my hands,
I can not understand the cruel world,
Why did you have to die?
And why so young?
Did I not take good care of you?
I should not ask these questions,
I want to let you rest,
But as I type these words of concern,
I wonder; Is this the test?
Should I forget you?
Something tells me deep inside;
The anwser is no,
I love you; my little Arrow,
Soar to great heights,
And I will be strong,
With all my might.

With honor,
Arrow
