Heidi by Bill Garber and Emily Abrams / Emily

I was with my grandpa Garber (I am his grandaughter). We were at the dog pound when he saw a cute dog that was three years old. He and I fell in love with her. I think she fell in love with us also. So we went to the desk up front and told them about the dog. So he signed the papers and they got her out of the kennel. He told us that she had all of her shots and her age. She sat on my lap the whole way back to his house. we let her walk around a little bit. When she died my cousin Philip buried her on a hill. She was the best dog ever!

Love You,
Heidi
