Hope

This sweet girl started off as my foster dog but I fell in love with her and ended up adopting her despite her having been born with only one beautiful blue working eye.  She loved to run around and play fetch and run around jumping at other animals that would run through our yard. She always wanted to play no matter what time of day or night it was. So very energetic in her younger days especially. She like chasing lasers if you shine them on the floor she would try to catch the dot lol.  Her best friend Peanut passed 11 months prior and she was very sad after that but we always gave her lots of love and cuddles spending all of the time we could with her to cheer her up. Now they are both together in Heaven having fun together once again I’m sure.  We all miss her so much and life is not the same without their loving faces.

Peanut

Peanut was one of the most loving yet playful dogs. She loved going up north and playing in the creek, swimming at the beach & following us while we drove on the 4 wheelers in the field. She loved to play fetch, frisbee, go for walks at times even though it was more like she was pulling up for a walk rather than you walking her. She use play in the yard, bark at and chase the squirrels that tried to come into our backyard each day looking for food.  The funniest thing about her is when we would eat dinner, she would sit in the kitchen and bark if we looked at her wanting a bit of our food. We sure enough gave her handouts from time to time lol. She loved being with us all the time even if it was just cuddling with her. I hope that Peanut is up in heaven playing fetch & hunting with her best buddy Blacky who passed away years before her.

Blacky by Tracey Belusar / Tracey, Kenneth, Krystal, Isabella, Savanna, Nancy, Joe, Tim, Sandy & Peanut

Blacky was the best dog in the world to me. She had a great long & happy life. Blacky was loved by all and she was a dog who loved to play with her toys, play fetch, do many tricks for dog treats, play tug of war with you. Blacky at one point did live with my Mom, Dad and brother Tim for a little over 3 years in which Tim became her lifelong buddy. Tim loved her so much. Blacky actually loved taking a bath and getting me all wet by shaking off after her bath in the tub, lol too cute.

Blacky was a dog who loved to have her belly scratched, ears rubbe & loved to just have someone hold and snuggle with her. I sometimes even rocked her in my rocking chair to make her day just that much better especially this last year of her life. Blacky ended up getting sick last year, but yet started feeling better but in these last 3 days she started to get bad and was crying because she was in pain.

The hardest thing I have ever had to do was to take her to the vet and put her down. I’m just so glad that I was able to hold her & look into her eyes as she looked into mine as she passed on. Blacky did have her best buddy Sandy which was my Mom & Dads dog. They played together all the time and were like 2 peas in a pod. When Blacky would come over and visit Sandy, she actually smiled and showed her teeth lol. Sandy was so happy to see her best buddy. I know that Blacky is now with Sandy & they are up there in heaven playing just as they always did along with Sparkle too which was Sandys buddy as well. All amazing dogs & very much missed. I know that she is at peace and god is watching over her. Blacky was my best friend and my sweet baby, truly a one of a kind.

Sparkle by Nancy, Joe, Rob,Tracey & Tim / Nancy, Joe, Rob, Tracey & Tim

Sparkle was one of the best dogs anyone could ask for. Her best buddy was our other dog named Sandy who passed away in 2007. She loved to play fetch and could do so many different tricks. One of the cutest things she would do is grab your leg with her paws when you were playing with her. She loved going up north and running all over the place and chasing the 4 – wheeler too. She loved going for a swim in the creek too. To get your attention Sparkle would lay down in front of the TV and boy she was so darn cute. Sparkle was our best friend and a member of our family who is grealty missed and we will always have her in our hearts along with her best buddy Sandy.
