I didn’t even really plan on keeping Baby when Tiger Jo had her litter of kittens but she was sick and I took her to the vet and she had a cyst on her eye. The vet said that the meds that she was giving me probably won’t work to heal it(there was a 3% chance they would)and she would probably have to have surgery to remove the cyst. So I decided to keep her and nurse her back to health and get her the surgery if she needed it.
Well the meds worked and she didn’t need surgery thank God. So she had been with me ever since till a few weeks ago. She was accidentally hurt by my dogs. They usually play with her. But the gate to the backyard got left open and she got back there. When the dogs were taken out there for the last time of the night they went running after what they thought was a possum or something like that.
Well when they realized that it was Baby they tried to help her. It was too late. She was hurt. I brought her inside and she just laid there. She was paralyzed from the waist to her behind. Due to my fiancée getting laid off recently and just starting a new job we didn’t have any money to take her to the vet this time. So I just held her and cried. Finally I knew I couldn’t let her suffer like that. My fiancée kept telling me that also.(He loved her so much to and he doesn’t like cats) It was the hardest thing we had to do. He took her and we took her and put her down. We have a her buried out at his daddies house.
I miss her so much. She was my Baby. Some people say that I take my animals to seriously and stuff like that. But they are a part of my family. I can’t have any children of my own so they are like my children. It has only been a few weeks and I am still not over her.
I cried all that night and then some.I love and miss you Baby and never will forget you.And Daddy will always love his Angel. The picture that I am posting is of her when she was a new born all of the recent pics are hard copies. I lost the ones on my computer
when my computer crashed.
