Buddy by Keith and Karen Kinnison / Keith ( Dad ) , Karen ( Mom ),

It was a blizzard in March ’92 when my wife went to the pound looking for a puppy. She saw the puppies but one older dog that flung itself against the cage door caught her eye. He wasn’t the puppy she was looking for but she couldn’t resist the depth of love she saw in those warm brown eyes of Buddy’s. She brought him home and he instantly became known as “Mama’s Baby Boy “.

Buddy had a quiet demeanor but was a master at getting table scraps and attention with a gentle laying of his head on your lap and cocking his eyes up to meet yours. He would chase a ball or frisbee for hours and loved to play tug of war with a rope.

Buddy adopted me 7 years later and allowed me to marry his Mama. Even though I only had four years with him,
he left a lifetime of love with me.

All that for the price of a occasional ear rub and a treat or two a day. He was always the King of his domain and no visitor could pass without acknowledging him with a head rub. He was the ever protector as he hovered over the kids as they played or rested. No matter where we went we always knew your loving eyes were on us. You were only with us for a short time Buddy but you loved a lifetime. We Love you Buddy and will always miss you.

Always in our Heart ,
Buddy
