Feb. 13 2001 [16 Years Old]
Golden Retriever
We were blessed with Butch for 16 years.
We have no children- so we had 3 babies-Romeo Midnight and Butch.
Romeo age 16 is still with us Midnight went to heaven 3 years ago
and now we have had to release Butch into Jesus hands.
Butch was a beautiful angel-Golden Retriever.
I was dx w/Multiple Sclerosis Oct. 2000. I had to quit work.
He could sense I was sick. I would sit and cry w/pain.
He would walk up and gently lay his head in my lap and let my t
ears fall on him. When I had to go to bed he would
come and lay his head on the bed to check on me then lay right
beside the bed. I could throw my hand over the bed and always
feel him there protecting and loving me.
He was saying to me: “momma I love you and you are not alone.
” When I had trouble walking he would jump up and walk by my
side as if to say:” here I am momma you can lean on me”.
You were my companion my confidant my friend.
You never judged me because you were busy loving me.
Daddy Romeo and I love and miss you so much.
We miss your smell your feel your companionship.
Most of all we miss your unconditional love.
The world could have really learned alot from you my friend.
The day daddy took you to the vet was horrible.
Daddy missed that day of work as he cried all day long.
I have never seen him cry like that. He loves you so much.
I know that Jesus is allowing you to watch over us while you are in
heaven just like you watched over us here.
Jesus looked down and saw that we needed an Angel so he sent you.
We miss you so much-the pain is deep and the tears are many.
We feel you in the wind smell you in the flowers and see you in our dreams.
I knew we would as Gods Angels are everywhere.
He allowed you to make a mark in our lives that cannot be erased..
until we meet again…
