I wake up in the morning and I think that it was all a nightmare that you haven’t left me.
I get dress and go thou the day but I am not all there. There is a hole in my heart where you used to be.
I walk in the door after a long day and I look for you. Waiting to see that little knob wagging and I miss you more
I go to the window and looked at the stars and know that you are watching over me as you did in life.
And I know that if you could speak to me now you would say please don’t cry because you loved me so much and you gave me a second chance at life.
