Tears coursing down our cheeks
the pain is raw & deep
His memories are fresh & haunting memories
we’ll always keep.
He was never just an animal,
he was a pet, relative & friend.
We are left with broken hearts that we hope
in time will mend.
He was so very sweet & precious.
It was so hard to say goodbye.
His heart was filled with love for us
we can only think of him & cry.
The life we shared is over now

We have loved him so completely none
