We lost our Ernie quite suddenly on the night of June 20, 2010. Too painful to go into details. We now have a hollow space in our hearts.
Ernie only had a short stay with us, and we feel very fortunate that he chose us to stay with! We don’t know his actual date of birth, so we’ve listed the day he moved into our hearts! He was such a good boy! He provided us with so much unconditional love, and he always managed to make us smile. He was our “gift giver”. Anything he could get ahold of and carry, he did. He was always thinking of others, it seems. He rarely rested, because he was busy taking care of Tilly.
In our hearts, we know that Ernie is still watching over us and the “ladies”. We’re thankful for all the memories that we have!
Mommy had so many names for you, she can’t list them all, but to your daddy, you were his “Ernie Man”. We hope you’re eating whatever you want now. We know you’re playing with the bunnies and the “badgers”. We all miss you so very much!! Take a break, hunky tiger…mommy and daddy will be with you a little later! We’ll always love you!!
