I once had a small cat
Jhonny was his name.
He was not famous but
Loved just the same.
His owner’s children took him
For rides on their bicycle.
The pleasure he brought was
Worth more than a nickle.
Jhonny was not picky about
His food when company came.
He was not rude.
His favorite snacks were catnip
And candy he brought much joy
And he was real dandy.
