I could have never imagined a day with out you. Nor that I would have ever been holding you as you struggled to take a breath and then when the silence came, having to leave you to never kiss your sweet face again or see you smile. I believe you knew how much your mommy loved you. You put a smile on my face every day and you were the sunshine in my life. Taking care of you and loving you was my privilege and you taught me so much. My heart aches for you and I miss you, but the memories of you and how much love you gave to me live on inside my heart. Everyone who knew you loved you. Through the struggle of losing you and the unbearable pain all I can do each day is remember the joy and happiness you gave to me. And I do find comfort in knowing that you are at rest and I find peace because I had you in my life.
