Loupy by Kay, Louie, Katie,& Chris

Loupy,

You were the best friend a person could have. Every day you would greet us coming or going looking out of your dog house or sitting out side. The walks around the block. The time we took ashley for a walk and you got your chain off and met us at the drive with the look of hey dude what about me. I only knew you for little over 2 years, but the rest of the family knew you since a youngen.

The days of watching me work on the truck. As you laid their in pain and fighting to stay with us, just showed how much you was determined to stay with us. The hardest ride I ever made to the farm was your last ride. You lay back there, wind blowing in your fur I swear you had a smile on that face. You Knew you was ready to go home as the tears roll down my face. The night you left I heard your bark 3-4 times others heard it, too. It’s so hard but I have to once again say goodbye. You’re in a better place now.

Have you a dog in Heaven, Lord?
Is there room for just one more?
‘Cause our Loupy died today;
he’ll be waiting at your door.

Please take him into Heaven, Lord
and keep him there for me.
Just feed him, pet him, love him, Lord;
That’s all he’ll ask of thee.

Gone but forever in our hearts,

Never forget you , Kay, Katie, Louie & Chris
