We adopted Maggie from the Humane Society. She was about 5 years old and not in very good health – scared and sick. She got the best possible care, spent summers in ND and winters in AZ. We loved her to no end! She lived the life she deserved to live. She had papillon ears with long hair, soft black poodle fur, a tail that curled over her back and weighed only 6 lbs. She died this morning at 9 am and left a big hole in our lives. Today our cactus bloomed for the first time ever. It bloomed just for her. I wish we could have her back. God, please take care of her – she has so much potential.
