Minnie by Sandy

Minnie was my dearest friend for many years. She was the one I put my arms around while she comforted me in 1986 when my Grandpa died suddenly. She was the one I put my arms around when My Dad died in 1992 then my uncles in 1995 and then my Grandma in 1999. She was always there for me and I hope I was always there for her. It was one of the hardest decisions I had to make to end Minnie’s life but I know the cancer was getting the best of her I will always hold a special place in my heart for one of my best friends
