I adopted Ranger when he was 10 weeks old. When I went to see for the first time I went up to the kennel area and called out his name “Ranger” and he came running up to the gate. He knew what his name was before ne seen me. I took him everywhere I went, sometimes I’d take him to work with me.
We moved a lot the first year of his life and faced many challenges together, but he always adjusted to every situation we faced.
A year & a half ago we moved in with my partner who had 3 cats, Ranger loved them and loved chasing them. For his 3rd birthday we brought home a “baby” sister home. Her name is Bella and Ranger took to her right away. Yesterday when I took him to the vet and didn’t come home with him Bella knew something was wrong. She’s been looking for him in some of their favorite spots they shared but can’t find him. We all miss him and will forever hold him close in our hearts. He was one smart Beagle boy!
With all of our love,
