Eleven years ago you picked me to love you, to keep you safe, and I never realized the joy you had brought into my life until you were suddenly taken from me. Thank you for always being there when I needed a “friend”. You were a member of our family and how I miss your little feet in the morning, and your little brown eyes watching everything I do, to see where I go so you can follow me and sit right beside me. You gave me unconditional love for so long, and I will never forget you. My heart is broken. Until I see you again.
