You who have been with me through many years of life’s joys and sorrows.
My grief and sadness hopefully will someday be replaced by
happy thoughts of you and the precious gift you have given me. I will always remember the funny names we all called you: Sun – Duke- Cat-o-mouse, Dukie, Big Ol’ Duke, My Duke, and just “Sunny”. The best boy. I will think of you as you were, playing and chasing your “mouse on a leash”,
I am so sorry that there was no more I could do to heal you.
Please always know how much we all loved you so dearly. Go now in peace, my precious, sweet baby. Go and be together with our beloved Ashleigh Blue in Heaven.
