Babe” who is a 14 year old white german shepherd was the best dog. She was always there after you got off work and came home. Being a fireman, my roommate needed this. She got along with cats and other dogs. Once he got home she stayed at his side and slept near his bed.
She never asked for anything but love. Two weeks ago she started having problems getting up and down. Yesterday she couldn’t get up at all. So, today he took her to the vet about 8am. She was just worn out and her pain was ended.
She is waiting at the “Rainbow Bridge” now.
Hawk loves you “Babe”, and so do I.
