Daisy,
I can’t believe that you’re gone. I thought that we would have many more years with you. It hurt so much to see you waste away, knowing what a healthy, strong, loving cat you were. To think, as sick as you were you still found the strength to jump on my lap one last time just hours before you past. I’m the one who didn’t want to keep you when you showed in our back yard that summer day, but you charmed your way into my heart where you remained the rest of your life. You turned out to be so much more than a “scrawny” kitten in the grass.
