A friend and her husband found this tiny 5 week old black and white kitten wandering on the side of the road. With their love for animals, they rescued this precious little one. His little eyes, milky and he could hardly breathe. Her husband was undergoing cancer treatments and couldn’t be exposed to animals so she called me and I drove to her house to get little Felix. One look at God’s beautiful creation and I fell in love. I took him to the vet and he was treated for a respiratory infection.
A few months later, he became sick again but this time the vet told me he tested positive for feline leukemia. I was devastated. It was around 10 months after he was diagnosed that my baby boy went to heaven. He will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart.
