LAETICIA by Geraldine / Geraldine

TRIBUTE TO LAETICIA

You knew them all
Your little friends
who went before,over the bridge
How I would have wanted
To have you forever.
The day of the last kiss came
Tears are falling as you closed your eyes.

Such a happy contented dog
You would run into the woods
Your eyes shining with excitement
Every day held magic for you
how you would play
I hear them still
Those lively joyful barks
An eternal song, stirring in my soul.

So many of you on this other side
forever echoing in my heart.
I lift my eyes and search the night sky
To see your name written
In the luminescent glow of the stars.

In the garden of memory we will meet each day,
LAETICIA
